HCAA’ definition
HCAA’ has the meaning of the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority or any successors thereof in respect of any of its activities, and to the extent the CAA may not be authorised for any purpose, shall be deemed also to include a reference to the Minister of Transport and Communications or any other Person appropriately authorised by the Minister of Transport and Communications;
HCAA’ means the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority.
