HBOC Software definition

HBOC Software means the computer software now or hereafter marketed and licensed by HBOC (whether developed by HBOC or licensed to HBOC with a right to sublicense to HBOC Customers, excluding BP Software) for use by HBOC Customers.

Examples of HBOC Software in a sentence

  • All HBOC Software provides documented audit trails when data changes.

  • If data is uploaded, inserted, updated to or deleted from HBOC Software databases or HBOC Software databases are modified by a Customer-written application, all applicable HBOC Software warranties shall be null and void.

  • Customer is permitted to and has the capability to extract data from the HBOC Software database and use it in any Customer built application.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 above, the HBOC Software includes a Sybase Software Embedded Runtime Version license only, which allows HBOC Software to control and use that data.

  • Customer, for data integrity purposes, is not permitted to alter the database in the HBOC Software and Customer cannot write applications, including applications written with a Sybase Full Use license, that insert, delete, update or otherwise modify data in the HBOC Software database.

  • If Customer makes changes to a HBOC Software database, there may not be an audit trail and performance could be jeopardized.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Business Partner hereby grants HBOC, its Affiliates and Distributors, a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as set forth in Section 15.11), license to use BP Software in the Territory on any computer system operated by HBOC for the purposes of testing, developing, interfacing and integrating the BP Software with HBOC Software and for marketing, demonstrating, educating, installing and supporting and maintaining Integrated Software.

  • Those provisions protecting HBOC's proprietary rights shall not be modified in any way more adverse to Business Partner's Software specifically than the same provisions applicable to HBOC Software.

  • Additionally, HBOC shall have the right to incorporate all or portions of the Documentation into documentation created by HBOC for HBOC Software, provided that HBOC identifies such Documentation or portions thereof as being proprietary to Business Partner.

  • Prior to using the Products listed in Paragraph 3.1.1 and Paragraph 3.1.2 for a greater number of Active User ID's, Seats and/or Concurrent Users than is specified therein, Customer shall pay HBOC Software License Fees, if applicable, at the Prevailing Rates for such increased use.

Related to HBOC Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
