Customer is permitted to and has the capability to extract data from the HBOC Software database and use it in any Customer built application.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 1 above, the HBOC Software includes a Sybase Software Embedded Runtime Version license only, which allows HBOC Software to control and use that data.
