HBI Recommendation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
Examples of HBI Recommendation in a sentence
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, HBI’s obligations pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 6.3 shall not be affected by the commencement, public proposal, public disclosure or communication to HBI of any Acquisition Proposal or by any change in the HBI Recommendation.
