HBB Certificate definition
HBB Certificate means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of HBB, filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on September 22, 2017, as amended from time to time. References to specific sections of the HBB Certificate shall be deemed to include references to provisions addressing the same or similar subject matter of any amendment or amendment and restatement of the HBB Certificate that becomes effective after the date hereof.
