Examples of HBAP in a sentence

  • This Agreement constitutes a loan (the “Loan”) being made between HBAP as lender and HASE as borrower.

  • HBAP is hereby appointed Revolving Facility Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Credit Documents and each Revolving Lender hereby authorizes HBAP to act as Revolving Facility Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms hereof and the other Credit Documents.
