  • If, during the term of this agreement, any of the health benefit plan(s), dental benefit plan(s), vision benefit plan, mental health plan, or the pharmacy benefit plan is unable to fulfill its contractual obligation, the County, upon consultation with the Health Benefits Advisory Committee (HBAC), if necessary, will secure a suitable replacement.

  • Pursuant to the HBAC agreement, the parties agree to continue to meet and discuss the County’s health benefit program before the commencement of each Plan Year.
