H&B Group means Holland & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International Ltd. and its Subsidiaries.

H&B Group means the Licensee and all companies incorporated in the Territory which from time to time directly or indirectly are subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of the Licensee and any subsidiary holding company incorporated within the Territory. It is to be noted that this does not include a parent company of the Licensee.
