Hazardous Items definition

Hazardous Items means any controlled waste (as defined in the Environmental Legislation) of any kind noise, vibration, smell, fumes, smoke, soot, ash, dust, grit, chemical, petroleum products, noxious, radioactive, inflammable, explosive, dangerous or offensive gases or materials and any other substances of whatever nature which may cause harm to the health of living organisms or the environment and which are regulated under the Environmental Legislation.
