Hazardous facilities definition
Hazardous facilities means those occupancies or structures housing or supporting toxic or explosive chemicals or substances and any nonbuilding structures housing, supporting or containing quantities of toxic or explosive substances that, if contained within a building, would cause that building to be defined as a hazardous facility in the determination of the city building official.
