Hazard evaluation definition
Hazard evaluation means an on-site investigation process established by the rules of the Board to determine and report the existence, nature, severity, and location of lead-based paint hazards in residential dwellings. For purposes of this act, the term hazard evaluation shall be synonymous with the term risk assessment as used in Title X of the Residential Lead-based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, 42 U.S.C. 4851 et seq., Public Law No. 102-550;
