Hazard Communicati ons Program means Contractor’s own hazard communications program that will govern project safety for its Work. The Hazard Communications Program must be submitted to CM by each successful Bidder before commencing Work and be no less stringent than Section 00810 - On Site Safety and Loss Control Program.
