HAULING CONTRACT definition
HAULING CONTRACT. The Trust will deliver to USA Sun Rise the water sold to Tesoro for $0.3 a gallon. Tesoro will be responsible for paying the $0.3 per gallon and USA Sun Rise shall guarantee the payment. This agreement may be terminated by the Trust upon 90 days notice.
HAULING CONTRACT means that contract entered into between City and Franchisee in 2017 for Solid Waste hauling services; such contract is titled “Agreement between the City of Lewiston and Sanitary Disposal, Inc., Doing Business as Sunshine Disposal & Recycling, for Solid Waste Hauling.” Hazardous Materials means any Solid Waste that is, by itself or in combination with other Solid Waste, infectious, explosive, poisonous, highly flammable, caustic, or otherwise dangerous or injurious to human, plant, or animal life. Initial Term means October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
