Hauler means the entity that transports construction and demolition debris to either a landfill or a recycling service.

Recyclable means material that can be sorted, cleansed, and reconstituted using the City’s available recycling collection programs for the purpose of using the altered form in the manufacture of a new product. Recycling does not include burning, incinerating, converting, or otherwise thermally destroying solid waste.
Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.
Universal waste transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of universal waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
Bulky Waste means business waste or domestic waste which by virtue of its mass, shape, size or quantity is inconvenient to remove in the routine door-to-door council service provided by the council or service provider;
Transporter(s) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction.
Transportation means any land, sea or air conveyance required to Transport the Insured during an Emergency Evacuation. Transportation includes, but is not limited to, air ambulances, land ambulances and private motor vehicles.
Transport means the most efficient and available method of conveyance. In all cases, where practical, economy fare will be utilized. If possible, the Insured’s Common Carrier tickets will be used.

Universal waste means any of the following hazardous wastes that are managed under the universal waste requirements of Section 273 of this regulation:

Ocean transportation means any transportation aboard a ship, vessel, boat, barge, or ferry through international waters.
Cleaner means an employee engaged in cutting or trimming off loose ends of cotton or cloth left on garments or parts of garments by previous operators;

Coasting has the meaning given by regulations under subsection (3) of section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 in relation to a school to which that section applies.
Smokeless tobacco means any powder that consists of cut, ground, powdered, or leaf tobacco that contains nicotine and that is intended to be placed in the oral cavity;
Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.
Operators means the Access Provider and the Access Seeker collectively.
Carrier means a person engaged in the transportation of passengers or property by land or water as a common, contract, or private carrier, or by civil aircraft.
Fireworks means consumer fireworks, display fireworks, and pyrotechnic special effects fireworks;
Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual
Industrial waste means any liquid, gaseous, radioactive, or solid waste substance resulting from any process of industry, manufacturing, trade, or business or from the development of any natural resource.
Medical Waste means isolation wastes, infectious agents, human blood and blood products, pathological wastes, sharps, body parts, contaminated bedding, surgical wastes, potentially contaminated laboratory wastes, and dialysis wastes.
