Haul Roads definition

Haul Roads shall be the roads specified in the Road Maintenance Agreement;
Haul Roads means any County Road, bridge, or other structure identified in the Haul Route Map attached as Exhibit A attached, which is anticipated to be used by The Agent for transporting Project items, including, but not limited to products, equipment, materials, and/or supplies.
Haul Roads means the roads to be constructed and maintained by Contractor from time to time during the Term, as set forth in Part 3 of Exhibit B or as otherwise designated by Owner on which Ore and Waste are to be transported, including the initial haul road to be constructed as one of the Initial Mine Roads.

  • CONTRACTOR agrees that if the Haul Roads are damaged because of CONTRACTOR’S use of the Haul Roads, CONTRACTOR will restore the Haul Roads to at least as good a condition as existed prior to CONTRACTOR’S use of the Haul Roads or reimburse the County for all expenses incurred by the County to restore the Haul Roads.

  • The County hereby agrees to CONTRACTOR’S use of the Haul Roads covered by this Agreement subject to the conditions contained herein.

  • Once CONTRACTOR has ceased using the Haul Roads for the purposes stated herein, CONTRACTOR shall notify the County, and the County, within ninety (90) days thereafter, shall notify CONTRACTOR of any Additional Maintenance that the County asserts as an obligation of CONTRACTOR.
