HAT Database definition

HAT Database or the “HAT” means the User’s HAT Microserver database, containing a data schema allowing and database rights belonging to the HAT Microserver owner
HAT Database. A database refers to a collection of independent works, data or other materials, which have been arranged in a systematic or methodical way, and have been made individually accessible by electronic or other means. Your HAT database holds your data, documents and other works you deem to be yours within the HAT Microserv- er.
HAT Database or the “HAT” means the User’s Hub-of-All-Things database, containing a data schema allowing for (i) the storage of data from any source without losing the structure specific to any such source; (ii) the combination of such data; (iii) the provision of a structure for third party access to such data upon authorisation of the User.

  • To the extent Dataswift owns any database rights in that HAT Database, we hereby assign such rights to you but EXCLUDE any rights in the File Storage System which remains owned by Dataswift or third parties as applicable.
