HASP definition

HASP means the Treasury Department’s Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan established in connection with the “Making Home Affordableloan modification program, as in effect from time to time.
HASP has the meaning set forth in the Tariff or any other successor process that replaces HASP.
HASP means a member hinged to the frame or wing so that it can be moved towards the face of the wing or frame and secured thereto, e.g. by a turn-button, by a padlock and staple.
