Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System definition

Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System that is established by or under the Convention.
Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System means the goods classification nomenclature consisting of 97 chapters published by the World Customs Organization to act as a basis for goods classification.

  • The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to agricultural, processed agricultural and fishery products originating in the Parties falling within Chapters 1-24 of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System as well as the products listed in Annex I of this Agreement.

  • The classification of goods in trade between the Parties shall be in conformity with the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as “the Harmonized System”).

  • This structure is based upon the international Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS), administered by the World Customs Organization in Brussels.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.   • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Harmonized System or “HS” means the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System set out in the Annex to the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, and adopted and implemented by the Parties in their respective laws;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
