Hardware Specification definition

Hardware Specification means the hardware specification to the TiVo Stand-alone Box set forth at Exhibit G. The parties will work together to define the hardware specifications for the DTV Combination Box.
Hardware Specification means any specification for the Hardware given by the Customer to IMS which has not been specifically recommended by IMS as suitable for the particular application required by the Customer.
Hardware Specification means the specification for the Hardware as published by the Supplier thereof or such other specification as has been agreed in writing between the parties and is included in the Agreement.
