Hardware Costs definition

Hardware Costs means the third-party costs incurred by USCo in acquiring any additional Hardware and software required in order for USCo to perform its obligations under Sections 3 and 4 hereof, together with USCo’s internal personnel costs reasonably incurred in order to configure and install such Hardware.
