  • For purposes of clarity, the Hardware Control Software is for purposes of management convenience only, and notwithstanding any information or analytics that may be or become available therein, at no point shall the Hosting Control Software be the system of record for purposes of determining the power consumption of Hardware Units, individually, or the Customer Equipment, in the aggregate.

  • Customer hereby directs Provider to register each Hardware Unit in the Hardware Control Software and acknowledges that the Service Charges for Related Services and Remote Hands Service are based on the availability of the Hardware Control Software in relation to the Customer Equipment.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
