Hardware Appliance definition

Hardware Appliance means Hardware that is bundled with and operates the CA Software licensed by Ordering Activity and pre- installed on the Hardware.

  • If the Employee voluntarily terminates his status as an employee for reasons other than Good Reason, then the Company shall pay to the Employee an amount equal to a single year's Base Salary in effect at the Date of Termination, payable in equal installments over a two-year period at such intervals as other salaried employees of the Company are paid.
