Hardware and Software Platform definition

Hardware and Software Platform means the VPD’s existing desktop, network, server and current development environment as generally described in Schedule D [Hardware and Software Platform].
Hardware and Software Platform the hardware, software, operating systems and any other computer systems or equipment recommended by the Company from time to time in the Specification, Release notes or otherwise notified by the Company to the Customer in writing in order to be able to use the Software as authorised under the terms of the Contract;

Examples of Hardware and Software Platform in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise expressly set out herein, the City is solely responsible for the acquisition, maintenance, support and proper operation of the Hardware and Software Platform.

  • The City will continue to be solely responsible for maintaining and operating the Hardware and Software Platform during the Project.

  • After execution of this Agreement, the parties shall use their respective commercially reasonable efforts to complete the installation of the Hardware and Software Platform and procedures to enable Company to operate the LI Solution according to a project plan (“Project Plan”) to be set out by Supplier and Company.

  • The City will, during the term of the Project, keep its standard maintenance and support agreements with respect to the Hardware and Software Platform in good standing.
