A Hardship Transfer is a transfer caused by a situation, condition, experience, or task almost beyond one's ability to suffer, surmount or solve and often beyond one's power to control.
The receiving principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider each teacher requesting transfer as to his/her experience, general background and preparation, competence and commuting distance (Hardship Transfer).
Promptly following delivery of such notice and, assuming an Exchange will not eliminate or avoid a Control Event, the Stockholders will take all actions reasonably required to eliminate or avoid such Control Event, including undertaking a Regulatory Hardship Transfer.
