Hardscape Maintenance definition

Hardscape Maintenance means the clearing, repair, or replacement of hardscape features, including concrete walkways, decks, retaining walls, potting containers, and other design features of stone, wood, sand, pebble, brick, metal, concrete and other similar materials incorporated into the Regional Transportation System Improvements for practical or aesthetical purposes as reasonably necessary to maintain such hardscape features in good condition and repair (normal wear and tear excepted), but shall not include the initial provision of installation of such capital improvements.

  • City will invoice the County on an annual basis, after the end of each fiscal year, for all Landscape and Hardscape Maintenance Services including related utilities as shown in the Estimate Statement of Shared Costs (Exhibit “C”).

  • The County will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the good faith execution of the Landscape and Hardscape Maintenance Service MOU that is in excess of $3,000.00 over and above, and is not a portion of, the Estimate Statement of Shared Costs, per incident, per quarter, without the express written consent of the County.

  • Mitty shall perform the scheduled Landscape, Irrigation and Hardscape Maintenance of the Park as outlined in Exhibit E-2, attached hereto.
