Hard Covenants definition
Hard Covenants means Section 4.2(b) of the Agency and Services Agreement (to the extent of the prohibition therein with respect to entering into Trades directly with Calpine or any of its Affiliates), Sections 4.17(a), (b), (c) and (e) of the Agency and Services Agreement, and Section 3.13 of this Agreement.
