Harcourt is defined in the preamble hereto.
Harcourt means Harcourt Bellingham LLC a Washington limited liability company. Whether expressly stated herein or not, any Parcel or Project specific requirements of Harcourt in this Restated Agreement shall apply to any Single Purpose Entity created by Harcourt to undertake and/or own a Project on a Parcel.
