  • HAPCO shall report to its Management Board on the discharge of its functions under the Project; and furnish to the Board, for the approval of the Board and NAC, consolidated annual work programs, related annual budget proposals, various progress reports and other documents relating to HAPCO’s functions.

  • The Recipient shall ensure that HAPCO shall, no later than October 1, 2007, complete an epidemiological synthesis to better understand the trends and drivers of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, in a manner satisfactory to the Association.
