Hapag-Lloyd definition

Hapag-Lloyd means Hapag Lloyd Container Linie GmbH;
Hapag-Lloyd means Hapag-Lloyd AG, a company incorporated in Germany whose registered office is at Ballindamm 25, Hamburg, Germany.
Hapag-Lloyd means Hapag-Lloyd AG and any legal entity directly or indirectly controlled by it as defined by Council Regulation No 139/2004.1
