Hangar Operator definition

Hangar Operator means a Person who engages in the business (a commercial enterprise) of leasing and/or selling Hangars to Aircraft owners or operators solely for Aircraft storage purposes. A Hangar Operator may engage in the business (also a commercial enterprise) of constructing the Hangars to be leased.

  • LESSEE may exercise any or all use rights consistent with both a Commercial Hangar Operator and/or Aircraft Maintenance Operator as set out in the Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Activities and Services.

  • Lessee shall operate as a private/non-commercial Hangar Operator under Part III., Section (11) of the Minimum Standards; Airport Rules and Regulations Sec 1100, Airport Aviation Hangar Facilities Obligations, and, consistent with FAA regulations.

  • LESSEE may exercise any or all use rights consistent with a Commercial Hangar Operator as set out in the Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Activities and Services.

  • Lessee shall be subject to the rates, fees and charges detailed in Section 1200 of the Rules and Regulations, as applicable to Lessee’s operations as a Hangar Operator, including without limitation, landing fees, ramp parking fees, gate fees and the Section 1204 non-commercial aeronautical operators’ fees.
