Handover Team definition
Handover Team means the persons designated by the Purchaser as Transitional Representatives of the Purchaser, appointed by the Purchaser by written notice to be delivered to the Company following receipt of the PRC Approvals, to assist in facilitating the closing of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement. “接管团队”是指由买方委任买方指定为其过渡期代表的人士，在收到中国政府审批后将该等书面通知交付给公司，以协助完成本协议中拟议的交易 。
