Handlers definition

Handlers. – shall mean exporters, importers, manufacturers, formulators, distributors, suppliers, wholesalers, dealers, repackers, commercial applicators, warehousers, and retailers of fertilizers, fertilizer inputs, pesticide and other agricultural inputs.
Handlers has the meaning given to it in the caption hereof.
Handlers means any processor(s) or agency(ies), including any cooperative processor(s) of Prunes, that purchase or handle Prunes from Grower or from other grower-members of Association.
