Handing Over Date definition

Handing Over Date means the date of handing over of each BQS Group to the Concessionaire by DTIDCL for implementation of the Project.
Handing Over Date means the date of handing over of the BQS Cluster to the Concessionaire by GMCBL for implementation of the Project.
Handing Over Date means the date on which the Concessionaire is handed over physical possession of the approved location (after completion of the contractual formalities like acceptance of LoA, submission of security deposit, signing of agreement etc) within the fit out period.

Examples of Handing Over Date in a sentence

  • Provided, in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Handing Over Date and ending with the Termination Date.

  • The Concession hereby granted is for a period of five (5) years commencing from the Handing Over Date for the BQS Cluster during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project and to operate Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions hereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Period”).

  • The Concession hereby granted is for a period of ten years (10) years which can be further extendable for next five years (5) years commencing from the Handing Over Date for each BQS Group during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project and to operate Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions hereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Period”).

  • In any event, the Lessee will be responsible, upon vacation of the Leased Premises, for whatever reason and at any time, for restoring the Leased Premises to the condition thereof as being on the Handing Over Date, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

  • Without the need for any demand on the part of the Lessor, the Lessee undertakes to provide the Lessor, no later than the Handing Over Date or prior to the date of entering any assets into the Leased Premises, with confirmation regarding the taking out of the insurance for the Leased Premises in accordance with the language of the “Leased Premises’ insurance confirmation” which is attached hereto as Annex E, signed by the insurer.

Related to Handing Over Date

  • Handover Date means the date on which access to the Tower and Associated Tower Site is given to the Access Seeker for installation of the Equipment at that Site as stated in Clause 9(c) hereof. “Handover” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Cross-Over Date The Distribution Date on which the respective Class Certificate Balances of each Class of Subordinated Certificates have been reduced to zero.

  • Turnover Date means the earliest of the following dates:

  • Rollover Date means the date of commencement of a new Interest Period applicable to a Loan and which shall be a Banking Day.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Growth Capital Loan: (a) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Borrowing Date of such Loan if such Borrowing Date is not the first day of a month; or (b) the same day as the Borrowing Date if the Borrowing Date is the first day of a month.
