Salary, benefits, Hampstead Experience Differential and seniority issues will be prorated in the proposed plan.
To be eligible for sabbatical leave, a member shall have been employed in a professional capacity by the Hampstead School District for at least seven (7) consecutive years.
Members who have at least fifteen (15) years of service in the Hampstead School District, and who are at least fifty-five (55) years of age and eligible for retirement under the New Hampshire Retirement System, may be eligible for a retirement incentive.

The position(s) to be eliminated shall be determined by the School Board by grade or by program, according to the best interests of the entire Hampstead School District.
Any member to be granted a sabbatical leave shall contract with the Superintendent and the School Board that upon the termination of such leave, the member shall return to service in the Hampstead School District for a minimum period of twice the length of the leave, or return to the District the full cost of the sabbatical upon resignation.
