Half-width street definition

Half-width street means any public or private street right-of-way or easement which is less than the full required width specified in this chapter, and which is established so that the additional half-width right-of-way or easement may be provided at a later date to complete a full- width roadway.

  • one-way street means a road in which vehicles are prohibited at all times from proceeding in any other than one direction.

  • Tower means any structure built for the sole or primary purpose of supporting any FCC-licensed or authorized antennas and their associated facilities, including structures that are constructed for wireless communications services including, but not limited to, private, broadcast, and public safety services, as well as unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services such as microwave backhaul, and the associated site.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Drive means to drive, operate, or be in physical control of a motor vehicle.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
