InfiniCom definition
InfiniCom means the entity which is identified as InfiniCom Networks, Inc. on the signature page of the Agreement.
InfiniCom shall have the meaning provided in the introductory paragraph hereto;
InfiniCom or the "Seller"), 24Holdings, Inc. ("24Holdings" or the "Company"), Moyo Partners, LLC ("Moyo"), and R&R Biotech Partners LLC ("▇▇▇▇▇▇," ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Moyo are collectively referred to as the "Purchasers"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
