Incremental costs are intended to mean those costs which are incurred solely as a consequence of the need to perform the repairs and do not include costs that would have been incurred in any event (e.g., if a propeller had to be fixed and the Vessel is in drydock for its regularly scheduled drydock, HAL Antillen would not have to reimburse the cost of taking the Vessel dry to repair the propeller other than for additional days in drydock that are required solely for the purpose of repairing the propeller).
