HAESL will correct any deficiencies noted on the inspection form.
If indicated by an (X) below, the HAESL has provided the resident with the following attachments and information.
If the amount of damages and/or charges exceed the security deposit, the HAESL may seek legal action to recover additional sums.
If HAESL retains any portion of the deposit, written notice will be provided to the Tenant.
