Hadith definition

Hadith which means “report, “speech” or “narrative” refers to various reports on speeches, actions or habits of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). In Islamic jurisprudence, it is considered to be the second only to the Quran, and regarded as essential tool for understanding the Quran and commentaries (Tafsir) written on it.
