Hack license definition
Hack license means the license(s) required by applicable law, rules or regulations for a party to operate a Vehicle and provide Transportation Services in the Territory (e.g., hack license, public chauffeur license, etc.).
Hack license means a valid license to operate a for-hire vehicle issued by a city, county, town or village.
