Habitually definition

Habitually means undocumented and a pattern of use of sick leave greater than the employee’s annual accrual. However, long-term or chronic illnesses lasting greater than five (5) working days or work- related illness or injury shall not be considered habitual use and should be referred to the Leaves Office. For this purpose, absences of more than two (2) consecutive days will be considered as a single occurrence or incident.
