Habitually definition

Habitually means undocumented and a pattern of use of sick leave greater than the employee’s annual accrual. However, long-term or chronic illnesses lasting greater than five (5) working days or work- related illness or injury shall not be considered habitual use and should be referred to the Leaves Office.
