Habitat Values means the capability of a land or water area or associated areas, where indigenous plant(s) or animal(s), individually or collectively, may occur and upon which the Covered Species are dependent, in whole or in part, to provide for some or all of their maintenance, growth and reproduction.

  • The Parties expressly acknowledge that it is the intent of this Agreement that the Conservancy Lands will be administered so as to conserve and enhance the Habitat Values for all listed and unlisted Covered Species reasonably expected to be found in the Permit Area.
