The annual interest rate shall be determined by the Receiver based on the coupon equivalent of the three (3)-month U.S. Treasury ▇▇▇▇ Rate in effect as of the first Business Day of each Calendar Quarter during which such interest accrues as reported in the Federal Reserve Board Statistical Release for Selected Interest Rates H.15 opposite the caption “Treasury bills (secondary market), 3-Month” or, if not so reported for such day, for the next preceding Business Day for which such rate was so reported.

The rate will be determined by linear interpolation between the yields reported in Release H.15, if necessary.
If Release H.15 is no longer published, Lender shall select a comparable publication to determine the Treasury Rate.
The “Interest Rate” will be the federal funds overnight rate as published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in H.15 (519) or its successor publication, or such other rate as the parties may agree from time to time.
As used herein, the term “Treasury Rate” means a per annum rate of interest equal to the rate published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 entitled “Selected Interest Rates” under the heading “U.S. Government Securities/Treasury Constant Maturities” as the three year treasuries constant maturities rate.
In the event Release H.15 is no longer published, Agent shall select a comparable publication to determine the U.S. Treasury note yield to maturity.
Interest amounts will be calculated using the 7 year Constant Maturity Treasury rate reported for the last working day of that calendar month as reported in the Federal Reserve H15 Report.
