Gymboree Entity definition

Gymboree Entity means any Gymboree Company, any of their respective subsidiaries and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise with respect to which Indemnitee serves as a director, officer, employee, partner, representative, fiduciary, trustee, or agent, or in any similar capacity, at the request of any Gymboree Company.
