GWRC and NSWCDD’s Office of Small Business will coordinate with the planning and implementation of small business outreach activities.

GWRC and the Commonwealth of Virginia shall be solely responsible for the actions of GWRC employees and the actions of those acting for it in the performance of this Agreement to the extent provided for under the applicable provisions of the Commonwealth of Virginia law.
GWRC shall submit to NSWCDD Technology Office an annual report summarizing their efforts in furtherance of this Agreement.
