GWP Statement definition
GWP Statement means the statement setting out the amounts of the MRP GWP, the MPP GWP, the IRP GWP and the IPP GWP as at the date on which Completion takes place to be prepared in accordance with Schedule 11; HKD means Hong Kong dollars, the lawful currency of Hong Kong; holding company means a holding company within the meaning of section 13 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622);

If, by the expiry of such period of 30 Business Days, no such notice is given to the Purchaser or the Seller has given notice to the Purchaser that there are no items it wishes to dispute, the draft GWP Statement shall constitute the final GWP Statement and the amounts of the MRP GWP, the MPP GWP, the IRP GWP and the IPP GWP shall be binding on the Seller and the Purchaser.
Within 30 Business Days of delivery to the Seller of the draft GWP Statement, the Seller shall give a notice to the Purchaser of any item or items it wishes to dispute together with the reasons for such dispute and a list of proposed adjustments.
