GVS means Grand Vacations Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and its successors and permitted assigns.

This solution will allow compliance with the aforementioned financial covenant as at 31 December 2022 without capital interventions and/or increasing the cost of currently existing debt.
GVS or “us” means GVS Gift Voucher Shop DAC, a designated activity company having its registered office at Management Suite, GPO, Lower O’Connell Street, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2.
