  • Without limitation the foregoing, each of the Mecox Entities shall cooperate with the Company in order to fully and formally effect the transfer of the domain names and the trade names included as Mecox Contributed Assets and Giosis shall cooperate with the Company in order to fully and formally effect the transfer of the shares of GSH and the indirect transfer of GVIE.
