  • Successful Bidders shall have to provide a written notice to GUVNL at least 10 days in advance for the same.

  • The PPA may be executed between GUVNL and selected bidder or its SPV for different wind solar hybrid projects each having capacity configuration in line with Section 3.2.2. The PPA shall be valid for a period of 25 years as per provisions of PPA.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) shall be the date certified by GEDA or the authorized agency / representatives as the case may be in case the project is located in Gujarat OR as certified by Representatives/Agency authorized by GUVNL in case the project is located outside of Gujarat, on which the commissioning certificate is issued upon successful commissioning of the full capacity of the Project.

  • GEDA/State Nodal Agency or the authorized agency / representatives by GUVNL as the case may be being State Nodal Agency is authorized to declare the project commissioned on site.

  • This part (Section – 4) of the RfS Documents provides the information necessary for bidders to prepare responsive bids, in accordance with the requirements of GUVNL.
