Gutin s ownership interest in the Kirk▇▇▇ ▇▇▇tnership is set forth on EXHIBIT B attached hereto and made a part hereof ("GUTIN'S LIMITED PARTNERSHIP INTEREST"). Wrig▇▇ ▇▇▇ects to acquire, at or before the Initial Closing, Gutin's Limited Partnership Interest and Gutin's interest as a general partner in the Partnership ("GUTIN'S GENERAL PARTNER INTEREST" which, together with Gutin's Limited Partnership Interest, is referred to collectively herein as "GUTIN'S INTERESTS").
